As a métisse artist of Ojibwe, Mohawk (to the best of my knowledge), French and Scottish descent, I create masks, large figurative sculptures, paintings, murals and mixed-media works and installations, as well as various craft and sewing projects.

With traditional Indigenous teachings (ongoing, lifelong learning), studies in visual arts, psychology and art therapy, and a rich background as a practicing artist and facilitator, I pursue my artistic practice from my home base in Val-des-Monts, Quebec, and facilitate group wellness workshops and individual sessions.

I have a profound love for our Mother Earth, and see the relevance of those ancient teachings, the "Original instructions", to help us live as human beings on this planet, our Mother. And I wish to help transmit, in my own way, using the gifts I was given, these beautiful, life-affirming teachings.

It is my experience in this lifetime that nurturing a heart connexion with our Mother Earth and with the entire sentient universe (including other humans, haha) is transforming my vision of the world and helping me live more fully from the wisdom that comes through the heart, every day. It continues to help me see that the world truly loves me back, exactly as I am, warts and all; over time, this has nourished self-acceptance, much greater inner peace and a deep sense of gratitude... and it has and continues to make amazing things possible.

And I believe that this is possible for everyone.
