Aa a métisse artist of Ojibwe, Mohawk (to the best of my knowledge), French and Scottish descent, I create masks, large figurative sculptures, paintings, murals and mixed-media works and installations, as well as various craft and sewing projects.

With traditional Indigenous teachings (ongoing, lifelong learning), studies in visual arts, psychology and art therapy, and a rich background as a practicing artist and facilitator, I pursue my artistic practice from my home base in Val-des-Monts, Quebec, and facilitate group wellness workshops and individual sessions, virtually and at different venues.

I have a profound love for our Mother Earth, a reverence, truly, and see how relevant those ancient teachings, the "Original instructions" really are, showing us how to live as Human Beings on this planet. And I wish to help pass on these beautiful, life-affirming teachings.

I believe, as it has been my experience, that nurturing a personal connexion with our Mother Earth and with the entire sentient universe, All Our Relations, can help us transform our vision of the world and live more fully from our heart. It will help you see that the world loves you back, exactly as you are, and so this nourishes self-acceptance (love!), and a deep feeling of trust and inner peace ... and makes amazing things possible.
